Ela’s professional journey started at Deloitte as an auditor, then advanced to leading the Reporting and Planning department at Croatian Telekom. Continuing as a Head of Regional Controlling at Jamnica, before becoming the Finance Manager for Croatia and Slovenia at Manpower in July 2023. Throughout, she leveraged my expertise to drive financial excellence in dynamic environments.
