Salary and trends report – SATR Survey 
The purpose of the SATR research is to: 

  • study employers' approach to employee salaries and benefits, 
  • compare turnover across industries, 
  • examine employment trends and forecasts. 

The survey is part of the Manpower SEE project, conducted in six Southeast European countries.
