This September marked a significant milestone for the teams from Manpower Slovenia, Hungary, and Croatia, as they came together for the first time under a shared managing director, Tamás Fehér.
The picturesque Park Inn Hotel in Zalakaros, Hungary, served as the perfect backdrop for this unforgettable team-building event organized by our internal HR with the help of the marketing team.
The aim of the gathering was not to relax and have fun, strengthen bonds, and foster cross-border cooperation. This event symbolized the beginning of a new chapter in how the three country teams will collaborate more closely in the future.
The event kicked off with a warm reception, where colleagues from all three countries met and mingled over refreshments. At evening’s formal dinner everyone came together to enjoy a delicious meal followed by a lively quiz game.
These shared moments paved the way for deeper conversations and connections among team members who may have only known each other virtually until this event.
As the evening continued, the entertainment ramped up with a vibrant DJ-led party that kept everyone on the dance floor well into the night. The upbeat music and lively atmosphere were perfect for letting loose and celebrating new friendships and strengthening professional bonds.
We enjoyed a cultural quiz together.
Through various icebreakers, shared activities, and relaxed conversations, colleagues were able to step outside their everyday roles and see one another in a different light. This deeper level of engagement is essential for fostering collaboration on future cross-border projects.
By moving beyond the formalities of work, the teams have laid a strong foundation for effective cooperation across Slovenia, Croatia, and Hungary.
The Meet & Greet event was not just a celebration; it was a forward-looking step toward greater synergy among the teams. Bringing together such diverse talent from across borders has helped solidify a sense of unity and shared purpose.
Moving forward, the teams are better prepared to face the challenges ahead, equipped with stronger relationships and a renewed sense of cohesion.
With a spirit of collaboration and a shared vision, the teams from Manpower Slovenia, Hungary, and Croatia are ready to take on new projects and achieve even greater success as one cohesive unit.
