Thanks to the Linkedin business network, you can find almost any person on the planet in a few clicks, and invite them to your network of contacts with a warm greeting.

And the amount of information, mostly useful, that you can get while scrolling down your Linkedin newsfeed is priceless.

When we do career counseling with candidates, we very often get the answer that they are not active on Linkedin, which surprises again and again. The potential that this network provides in our market is not fully recognized, but the shift is visible.

It is through Linkedin that anyone actively or passively looking for new opportunities can introduce themselves to us as recruiters in a few steps, arrange career counseling, enter our candidate database and participate in our selection processes.

All we need is a warm greeting and your resume, along with a few details about yourself. It is very useful if you write in the initial message which industries, companies and positions you are interested in, and when you plan and want to change jobs. In addition, it is possible to arrange a career consultation in our agency and introduce yourself to the recruiter in more detail through an open interview.

What does an open interview look like?

Very relaxed, with open, honest communication that we value more than anything. Our goal is to hear the most important things about your career so far, about your successes, failures, motives, wishes.

If you point out to us what you are the strongest in, what you can do in half the night with your eyes closed, and if you can self-critically identify the areas where you want and need to develop, we have done more than half the job. We will discuss your expectations, of course. Keep in mind that you really shouldn't "walk on eggs" when it comes to financial expectations.

Tell us openly what motivates you, what salary, what benefits, where you are flexible, and what is a must-have for you in a future employer. The more information we have, the better our assessment and profiling can be, with the aim of recommending you to one of our clients.

Also, regardless of whether our clients are hiring at the moment we are talking, or will only be planning to expand their team in a few months, it is our job to keep our ears and eyes wide open, and to follow the needs of our clients and the global market.

We consider success the moment when we recognize a match in a timely manner and connect our clients and our candidates, arrange a conversation about possible cooperation.

After all, the greatest success and the best feeling in our business is when we help our clients get a quality new team member, that is, when we help candidates get a new job. We really pride ourselves on the fact that our goal is not to fill the candidate pool just so we can talk about numbers.
