Manpower Croatia on behalf of Worldline is looking for a highly professional and motivated Regional Account Acquisition Sales (M/F/D) – ISTRA / KVARNER
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Identifying and approaching prospective customers
Presenting Worldline products and services to medium-sized companies and fast-growing scale-ups
Identifying new business opportunities in areas like Retail & Hotels, Restaurants and Coffee Bars
Creating a network with local medium-sized companies, their key stakeholders, and key integrators
Build a trustful relationship with your merchants; lead meetings, close deals, carry out contractual and go live work;
Work with individuals and teams across the organization to ensure the best possible merchant experience and to develop with your colleagues professionally.
Skills and Requirements
You are a passionate salesperson with strong commercial drive and attitude, negotiating skills, and a clear appetite for deals;
You are a team player who enjoys working with a different team, across different offices, roles, and cultures;
You have at least 3-5 years of experience in sales role successfully selling complex products or services. Preferably in banking, payments, telecom, FMCG, HoReCa but not a requirement
B2 in spoken and written English
You love to work in an international environment and have a willingness to travel
Excellent organizational skills
