Manpower Croatia for Client, is looking for an ideal candidate to fill in the position of Purchase Specialist (m/f).

Job description:
- making requests for offers, negotiating with suppliers and making comparative reviews of received offers;
- creation and issuance of purchase orders to suppliers for goods and services, monitoring and control of issued purchase orders by wholesale and retail suppliers;
- coordination of all deliveries of ordered goods with the sales department, suppliers and warehouse through timely written announcements;
- coordination with the sales department and participation in the creation of monthly order plans;
- continuous monitoring of the stock of goods and informing the sales department, superiors and management about the same;
- completion and orderly management of commercial and technical documentation on purchased goods;
- keeping records of complaints, and dealing with them in accordance with established procedures;
- continuous monitoring and analysis of the market, creation of new contacts and expansion of the supplier network;
- updating the database of suppliers in the information system;
- participation and preparation in the annual assessment of suppliers;
- other jobs as ordered by immediate managers.
Requirements:
- 3 years of work experience in the similar positions
- knowledge of spoken and written English
- basics of working with a computer, working in the MS WINDOWS operating system, knowledge of working in the MS OFFICE package (Word, Excel)
- experience with working in the information system
- knowledge of the range and market of construction products (paints and varnishes, facade systems, dry construction, hand and electric tools, OZS, other related materials)
