On behalf of our client, the representative for several pharmaceutical companies and a distributor of original and generic medicinal products, Manpower Croatia is looking for a motivated candidate to fill the position of Medical Representative (m/f).

Place of work: Zagreb

Job description:
  • Promote the products within the territory
  • Developing an in-depth understanding of company medications.
  • Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers to encourage the prescription/usage of companies products
  • Understanding patient journey and patient flow in the oncology business
  • Following the market and sales trends and competitors and suggesting strategies for expanding the business
  • Organizing and participating in pharmaceutical congresses, conferences, fairs, and education
  • Develop long-term sales plans for key customers, prioritize and schedule own activities
  • Preparing presentations for potential customers
Requirements:
  • University degree in Medicine/Pharmacy/Biology/Chemistry or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the similar position
  • Self-driven, proactive, and resourceful person
  • Loyal, honest team worker with developed problem solving and creative thinking
  • Good marketing and project management skills
  • Active driver B category
  • Highly fluent in English
