Job description:
- Formulating business and marketing strategies for various business segments), focusing on brand positioning and beyond
- Coordination with external partners, such as media, creative, digital, and PR agencies, ensuring alignment with goals and objectives
- Creation of detailed briefs and managing end-to-end execution of projects, including budget creation and over-sight
- Analyzing and understanding of market trends and consumer behaviors to tailor and implement effective marketing strategies
- Independently managing marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination across departments and external partners (quantity projection, timeline, budgeting)
- Maintaining consistent communication with global teams and counterparts in other countries, including reporting and delivering impactful presentations
- Conducting thorough analysis of sales and marketing activities to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
- Enhancing customer relationships through targeted marketing campaigns and engagement initiatives
- Streamlining and aligning processes within the marketing department to boost efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
- University degree in Marketing, Economics & Business or similar field
- Previous working experience of 3-5 years in similar positions
- Advanced English knowledge (C1 level)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
- Driver's licence B category
- Advanced organizational capabilities
- High-level of proactivity
- Team-work
