IT SUPPORT ENGINEER (m/f)

We have a team of almost 50 people based across our headquarters in Dublin, Ireland and our two Croatian offices in Zagreb and Split. A small number of our team work remotely from home.

Our hi-tech infrastructure connects our multi-screen, high-performance desk setups to the major futures exchanges across the globe.


Job Summary
As our successful candidate, you will join the IT, Market Access & Operations Team and provide technical and administrative support for all trading and operational systems. You will work closely with our traders, our third-party software vendors, our off-site programming teams and our remote traders. You will ensure our trading team has maximum uptime for the key tools of our trade. You have the opportunity to make an impact on Day One!

The role is to be based in Zagreb office.

  • MCSA

Experience
1+ Years

Responsibilities
  • Smooth running of IT & operations of 2 small offices in Zagreb & Split
  • All of our servers and IT networks, including maintenance and administration
  • System Monitoring – monitoring of our systems through operations monitoring and alerts tools
  • Support of our Windows Server environment including Exchange Servers
  • Support of our Office 365 environment
  • Application & User Support - provide primary support by dealing with user requests and responding to outages for all operational matters

  • Windows System Administration

  • Good general IT knowledge
  • Knowledge of building and configuring high-performance professional workstations
  • High availability technologies including UPS and RAID
