On behalf of our Client, Comcross Croatia , Manpower Croatia is looking for a highly motivated Head of Production (m/f) for switch cabinet construction department, to join their team in Osijek, CroatiaPlace of work : Osijek

Comcross Croatia is a part of the German SPIE division (the biggest in the SPIE Group), specializing in switch cabinet construction, building telecommunications networks, renewable energy and in Croatia.
Tasks and Responsibilities :
•Monitoring the entire production process, ensuring efficiency, quality and meeting deadlines
•Coordinating and harmonizing design, quality, and operational workflows within the department
•Managing process improvement to optimize production and reduce costs
•Working closely with other team members to integrate technical specifications into production
•Collaborate with other departments to align production with company goals
•Monitoring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
•Managing the department's budget and controlling operating costs
•Mentoring and developing team members, fostering a high-performance culture
•Efficiently resolve escalated manufacturing or design issues
•Other duties arising from the nature of the work performed
Required Skills :
•Proven experience in production management, ideally in the switch cabinet construction
•Knowledge of EPLAN and/or AutoCAD to review and understand technical drawings
•Knowledge of Rittal machines and automated production processes (preferred)
•Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team, with an emphasis on motivation and staff development
•Knowledge of quality control systems, safety standards, and process improvement techniques
•Excellent problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
•Ability to effectively manage budgets, schedules, and resources
•Fluency in English and/or German for effective communication (preferred)
•Membership in the Croatian Chamber of Electrical Engineers (optional, but an advantage)
•A high level of independence, responsibility and the ability to make key decisions in a dynamic work environment.
