Manpower Croatia for Client, an international company, is looking for ideal candidate to fill in the position of Field Sales Engineer (m/f).

Job description:

  • Growing sales by successfully positioning the value of Product Inspection solutions, to customers leading to the successful development of opportunities through to sales.
  • Qualify, target, and engage defined High Potential Accounts and market segments to develop the business by aligning with the account’s strategic programs.
  • Building sustainable relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Effectively manage a sales pipeline, clearly communicating the status and next action required to develop opportunities through to sales.
  • Continuously develop personal skills and professionalism through self-analysis to attain a superior level of performance.
  • Ability to demonstrate high standards of self-motivation, enthusiasm, dedication, and discipline in pursuit of total quality.
  • Ability to travel frequently on Croatian and Slovenian territory.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor`s or Master's degree, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience in selling in industrial sector is an advantage.
  • Agile and proactive personality with strong commitment towards prospects, „can do” attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Use of MS Office programs, experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Solid driving skills.
  • Advanced English knowledge (B2 level).
  • Croatian language proficiency is required, as the position covers both the Croatian and Slovenian markets. Knowledge of the Slovenian language will be considered an asset.
