Your responsibilities:
  • Handle daily enquiries with customers (native speakers of Swedish language) via phone call, email or chat
  • ensure that all enquiries are answered in accordance with set procedures and guidelines
  • maintain high customer satisfaction
  • document all information according to standard operating procedures.


Requirements and skills:
  • Language skills: proficient in Swedish language (written and spoken)
  • exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • positive and enthusiastic attitude towards customers and customer needs
  • previous customer support experience is an advantage
  • employer can hire candidates with rights to live an work in Croatia.
