Customer Service Specialist for Scandinavian Market (Swedish Language) (m/f)

Your responsibilities:- Handle daily enquiries with customers (native speakers of Swedish language) via phone call, email or chat
- ensure that all enquiries are answered in accordance with set procedures and guidelines
- maintain high customer satisfaction
- document all information according to standard operating procedures.
Requirements and skills:- Language skills: proficient in Swedish language (written and spoken)
- exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- positive and enthusiastic attitude towards customers and customer needs
- previous customer support experience is an advantage
