On behalf of our client, an international company operating in the field of healthcare, we are looking for highly motivated Customer Service Assistant (m/f).

Job description:
  • Tracking and records – all data and contracts related to customers
  • Issuance of outgoing invoices to distributors
  • Coordination of service activities for the whole of Croatia by regions and technicians
  • Tracking of service contracts
  • Order Tracking
  • Work order tracking
  • Invoicing of services rendered
  • Bidding
  • Records and coordination of telephone activities
  • Administrative tasks
  • Supervision of work orders of service technicians
  • Monitoring of legal acts relating to the technical service
  • Keeping import and export documentation
  • Taking care of the complete bookkeeping administration related to the service (archive of work orders, intermediate warehouses, delivery notes)

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative position
  • Advanced English Language Proficiency
  • Advanced use of MS Office tools
  • Detail, timeliness and communicativeness
