Area Sales Representative

On behalf of our client Technopanel JSC, a successful international construction material company, we are looking for a responsible and proactive individual for the position of Area Sales Representative (m/f).

Location: Zagreb (Croatia) + fieldwork

What you'll do

• Implementation of the overall commercial, marketing and advertising activities of the company in the business region under his/her control: West Croatia (from Varaždin and Zagreb to Dalmacija)
• Signing contracts and management of the implementation of ongoing projects
• Offering, organizing and implementing marketing events and campaigns within his/her region;
• Representing the Company and undertaking the implementation of business strategy of the Company in his/her region
• Building, developing and servicing a distributors’ network of the Company within his/her region
• Actively enlargement of the customers’ network of the Company within his/her region according to the strategy
• Initiating meetings and establishing contacts with potential customers and attracting new ones
• Implementation of the planned budget related to the sales for his/her region
• Cooperation to customers during the implementation of the supplies and installation under the contract
• Identification of opportunities for increasing the market share of the company and its position at the market
• Preparation of weekly and monthly activity and sales reports, Analysis of upcoming needs of customers

Who we are looking for

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in similar roles
• Knowledge of construction industry is a plus
• Strong communication and client relationship-building skills
• Organizational and teamwork skills
• Excellent knowledge in spoken and written English language
• Driving license B category
