Area Sales Representative
On behalf of our client Technopanel JSC, a successful international construction material company, we are looking for a responsible and proactive individual for the position of Area Sales Representative (m/f).
Location: Zagreb (Croatia) + fieldwork
What you'll do
- Implementation of the overall commercial, marketing and advertising activities of the company in the business region under his/her control: West Croatia (from Varaždin and Zagreb to Dalmacija)
- Signing contracts and management of the implementation of ongoing projects
- Offering, organizing and implementing marketing events and campaigns within his/her region;
- Representing the Company and undertaking the implementation of business strategy of the Company in his/her region
- Building, developing and servicing a distributors’ network of the Company within his/her region
- Actively enlargement of the customers’ network of the Company within his/her region according to the strategy
- Initiating meetings and establishing contacts with potential customers and attracting new ones
- Implementation of the planned budget related to the sales for his/her region
- Cooperation to customers during the implementation of the supplies and installation under the contract
- Identification of opportunities for increasing the market share of the company and its position at the market
- Preparation of weekly and monthly activity and sales reports, Analysis of upcoming needs of customers
Who we are looking for
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in similar roles
- Knowledge of construction industry is a plus
- Strong communication and client relationship-building skills
- Organizational and teamwork skills
- Excellent knowledge in spoken and written English language
- Driving license B category
