Manpower Croatia for an international healthcare industry Client, is looking for ideal candidate to fill in the position of Junior Financial Controller (m/f).

 

Place of work: Zagreb, Croatia

 

Job description:

  • Developing, implementing and maintaining financial models for budgeting and forecasting
  • Conducting ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions, utilizing operational information and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Performing feasibility studies to evaluate the financial viability of potential business initiatives or projects
  • Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
  • Support month-end and year-end close process
  • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
  • Additional controller duties as necessary

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in similar positions
  • Master's Degree in Business and Finance
  • High level of MS Office knowledge
  • Knowledge of PowerBI will be considered as an advantage
  • Advanced level of English knowledge (B2 level)
