Manpower Croatia for CC Real, a leader in commercial real estate and projects management, managing City Center one shopping centers (in Zagreb and Split) and the largest shopping center in Istria, is looking for an ideal candidate to fill in the position of Procurement and Project Coordinator (m/f).
Place of work: Zagreb
Job Description:
- Playing a key role in supporting the Technical Property Management Lead in the country by ensuring efficient procurement processes, cost-effective project execution, and accurate cost planning for commercial (retail) properties
- Overseeing the procurement process to ensure compliance with company policies
- Managing contracts with suppliers and service providers, including monitoring contract execution and implementation
- Preparing cost estimates and conducting detailed analyses of supplier proposals
- Comparing and assisting in decision-making for selecting the most cost-effective solutions
- Assisting in planning, executing, and monitoring property-related projects
- Developing OPEX and CAPEX budgets in collaboration with technical managers, ensuring alignment with operational and strategic goals
- Assessing end-of-year actual costs, monitoring deviations, identifying root causes, and supporting the technical team in finding solutions to avoid cost overruns
- Preparing reports on costs, procurement activities, and project progress for senior management
- Supporting data collection for ESG purposes
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Degree in engineering (mechanical, civil, structural, or related field)
- Experience in OPEX and CAPEX planning
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Understanding the procurement process ad contract administration
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
