Manpower Croatia for Client, is looking for an ideal candidate to fill in the position of Digital Performance Specialist (m/f).
Place of work: Zagreb
Job description:
- Independent planning, management and optimization of Google and Meta Ads campaigns
- Monitoring the success of campaigns, suggesting optimization in order to achieve the best possible results
- Analyzing the success of campaigns
- Cooperating with colleagues within the company and marketing agencies on all operational activities related to digital activities
- Monitoring the market, competition and trends, suggesting innovative ways of presenting content on all digital channels
Requirements:
- University degree
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in similar positions
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of digital channels and formats
- Advanced knowledge and experience of operational work (setup, management and analysis) of PPC and SEO
- Managing campaigns using Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Meta Ads
- Analytical approach and proactive orientation in achieving goals
- Experience of working in CMS will be considered as an advantage
- High level of creativity
- Excellence in grammar and spelling
- Tendency to teamwork
- Active knowledge and use of the English language
