Job description:
VENDOR CREATION
- Creation of onboarding requests
- Preparation and attachment of documents needed to complete onboarding for medium or high risk suppliers
- Preparation of excel files with all the data needed to create vendor and preparation of pdf supporting documents
OFFERS PREPARATION
- Ability to create SC and attach offer, contacting suppliers and communicating offers
MATERIAL CREATION
- Creation of master data materials on regular basis
CATALOG CREATION
- Creation of catalogue for regularly ordered items (stock and non-stock)
GOODS RECEIPT
- Receipt of accurate and timely goods, in order to create correct accounting and financial statements
MAINTENANCE OF CALENDARS IN SRM
- Maintenance of SRM calendars, to properly schedule the deliveries
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in similar roles
- Excellent knowledge of English - both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
