Sales Engineer
Manpower Croatia for Client, is looking for an ideal candidate to fill in the position of Sales Engineer (m/f).
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
- Develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand market share
- Creating regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
- Build up partnership with customers and offer new ways to grow the partnership
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Serves costumers by identifying their needs
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
- Provide professional technical-support and excellent after-sales service to customers (provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and Requests)
- Conduct initial site assessments and inspections, assists in root cause analysis when required, develops technical solutions in partnership with customers and internal stakeholders and manages the implementation of such solutions on site
- Contributes to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives
JOB QUALIFICATION:
- Technical Degree (preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering)
- At least 2 years of work experience as a sales engineer, technical representative or a relevant role
- Driver's licence B category
- English Language Knowledge - B2 level
- Ability to work In-office and Out-of-office
