Technical Sales Representative

Manpower Croatia, on behalf of its client Anton Paar Croatia, a leading manufacturer and distributer of highly accurate laboratory instruments and process measuring systems, is looking for a reliable and proactive individual for the position of Technical Sales Representative (m/f).

Anton Paar Croatia is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Austrian company Anton Paar GmbH. Anton Paar develops and produces state-of-the-art laboratory and process instrumentation for research and industry. It is the world leader in the measurement of density, concentration and CO2 and in the field of Rheology.

As Technical Sales Representative at Anton Paar you are key to the success of our products in the market, as you fully understand the requirements of our customers and are able to deliver.

What you'll do:

• Direct sales of Anton Paar scientific equipment and services to customers
• Acquisition of new customers within the defined sales area
• Maintaining existing customer relationships and expanding business opportunities
• Effective territory management across a wide base of industries and applications, at the territory of Croatia and BiH
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction in collaboration with our service and product management
• Supporting users in application and equipment assessments
• Participating in conferences and exhibitions
• Writing proposals, managing sales projects, and maintaining all relevant data in our CRM system
• Performing product demonstrations in our demo laboratory or at customer locations, installing new products, and training customers on proper equipment use
• Overall responsibility for reinforcing the value of the Anton Paar brand to the customer

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in chemistry/electronics/electrical engineering/mechatronics/physics or a related field
• Experience in technical sales in a similar environment is an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of sales and service processes
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, along with good mathematical skills
• Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English language
• Reliability and accuracy in working with a CRM system
• Good knowledge of MS Office
