This role requires a blend of data science expertise, CRM knowledge, AI-driven personalization, and leadership skills to structure and optimize how we collect, analyze, and activate customer data.Key Responsibilities:✅ Data Strategy & Architecture- Own and enhance the first-party data strategy for Client's loyalty app and other key clients.
- Ensure seamless integration of loyalty data into Azure Lakehouse and CRM systems.
- Work closely with a third-party data analytics provider to optimize data pipelines, extraction, and governance.
- Define processes to clean, structure, and store data efficiently for advanced analytics.
- Collaborate with media teams to enable AI-powered audience targeting using first-party data.
✅ Advanced Analytics & Predictive Modeling- Move beyond rule-based segmentation and implement AI-driven customer clustering.
- Develop predictive models to forecast customer behavior (churn risk, purchase patterns, response to offers).
- Optimize campaign personalization through data-driven insights.
- Automate data processing and insights delivery via Power BI dashboards.
- Enable dynamic creative optimization (DCO) and real-time personalization using first-party data.
✅ CRM & Loyalty Optimization- Deeply understand the Client's loyalty app mechanics and business goals.
- Leverage data to drive personalized customer engagement strategies.
- Integrate insights into CRM workflows for targeted communication (email, push, retargeting ads).
- Improve loyalty program KPIs, such as customer retention, purchase frequency, and engagement rates.
- Support AI-driven customer journey automation.
✅ Cross-Team Collaboration & Scaling- Partner with digital marketing, media buying, and CRM teams to translate data insights into campaign actions.
- Provide insights that enhance audience targeting across Meta, Google, and other platforms.
- Develop strategies to scale first-party data usage across multiple clients.
- Guide other clients on first-party data monetization and CRM enhancements.
- Work closely with the AI & Automation Lead (if applicable) to integrate predictive analytics into media buying
✅ Leadership & Team Development- Manage a data analyst and oversee data processes.
- Develop internal best practices for data governance, reporting, and personalization.
- Train teams on data-driven decision-making, predictive analytics, and customer insights.
- Establish a culture of continuous optimization, automation, and AI-driven decision-making.
Qualifications and Requirments:- 2+ years in data science, analytics, or CRM-focused roles.
- Experience working with loyalty programs and first-party data.
- Strong expertise in SQL, Python, Power BI, and AI-driven analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Azure-based data solutions.
- Experience with AI-driven personalization and predictive modeling.
- Proven ability to translate data insights into business strategies.
- Ability to lead a team and scale data operations.
- Familiarity with customer segmentation, predictive analytics, and personalization.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
