Senior Payroll Specialist

On behalf of our client, an international business advisory company, we are looking for a dynamic, analytical and career-oriented individual for the position of Payroll Specialist (m/f).

Location: Zagreb

Number of profiles needed: 2

What can you expect:

• Payroll and other income management
• Communication with clients, Tax Administration, HZMO, HZZO, FINA, DZS and other institutions
• Monitoring of legislation in the area of ​​payroll
• Creation of files for payment of salaries
• Preparation, control and submission of statutory documentation (JOPPD, SNU)
• Sick leave calculation and preparation of necessary documentation for sick leave reimbursement
• Preparation of analyzes and reports related to payroll
• Filling in mandatory statistical reports on workers and salaries for the CBS and others, RAD-1G, etc.
• Registrations / deregistrations / changes in the status of workers at HZMO

What skills and knowledge should you have:

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in similar roles in payroll
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with Pantheon and Wand will be considered as advantage
• Excellent knowledge in spoken and written English language
