Manpower Croatia for Client, one of the world's leading generic pharmaceutical companies, is looking for an ideal candidate for the position of Brand Manager for Cardio portfolio (m/f).

Job description:
- presentation and promotion of company's brands and business at a highly professional level with effective marketing skills
- proposing, preparing and developing effective marketing strategies and tactics for brands and ensuring their implementation through regular controls and assessments
- proposing, planning and preparing marketing activities for brands and ensuring their implementation through regular controls and assessments
- planning, organizing, implementing and reporting on marketing events and maintaining brand and product portfolio presentations for clients
- planning, implementation and reporting on individual visits to important clients from a specific therapeutic area
- proposing, planning and preparing promotional materials based on materials prepared in the headquarters and adapted to the local situation and needs
- cooperation with suppliers in relation to marketing activities, advertising, creation of promotional materials and tools, all in the best economic interest of the company
- preparation and provision of educational materials, training and seminars related to brands and product marketing for associates in the field in accordance with the rational consumption of all resources
- establishing, developing and maintaining good contacts with leading people from a specific therapeutic area through regular individual visits
- the use of all available data for the evaluation of marketing strategies and tactics and the implementation of marketing activities and decision-making
- ensure that all marketing activities, materials and actions undertaken are in compliance with applicable rules, regulations and applicable legal provisions
- ensuring the rational use of promotional resources (financial and material) within the approved budget in order to achieve optimal results with economy and optimal efficiency
- constant monitoring of competition activities (including price monitoring), market situation and market development trends, reporting on them and proposing appropriate activities
- constant information about treatment principles and new trends in the health care segment, as well as about the latest clinical data about a specific product and its development
- constant information on regulations related to marketing, drugs, medical and other products that are promoted and the activities of health institutions
- proposing and organizing clinical trials of company's products and implementation, control and reporting on monitoring the effectiveness and safety of products within clinical trials
- obtaining/receiving and sending/forwarding data on drug safety and other pharmacovigilance activities
- reporting to associates in the field about the valid properties of company's products and their changes and ensuring compliance of all promotional materials with valid product properties
Required qualifications:
- at least 3 - 5 years of work experience in the same or similar position
- University degree
- advanced English knowledge (C1 level)
- driver's licence B category
- advanced MS Office and CRM knowledge
- high motivation and commitment to work
