Digital Performance Specialist

Manpower Croatia for Client, is looking for an ideal candidate to fill in the position of Digital Performance Specialist (m/f).

Job description:

• Independent planning, management and optimization of Google and Meta Ads campaigns
• Monitoring the success of campaigns, suggesting optimization in order to achieve the best possible results
• Analyzing the success of campaigns
• Cooperating with colleagues within the company and marketing agencies on all operational activities related to digital activities
• Monitoring the market, competition and trends, suggesting innovative ways of presenting content on all digital channels

Requirements:

• University degree
• Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in similar positions
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of digital channels and formats
• Advanced knowledge and experience of operational work (setup, management and analysis) of PPC and SEO
• Managing campaigns using Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Meta Ads
• Analytical approach and proactive orientation in achieving goals
• Experience of working in CMS will be considered as an advantage
• High level of creativity
• Excellence in grammar and spelling
• Tendency to teamwork
• Active knowledge and use of the English language
