Manpower for Worldline is looking for a highly professional and motivated candidate who would join their team for the following position:Regional Account Acquisition Sales – ISLANDS IN THE AREAS OF DALMATIA, KVARNER, AND ISTRIA
This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the Worldline Croatia team. As an Account Acquisition Sales for Worldline, you will have the opportunity to accelerate your career by working with multiple business units for the #1 payment processor in Europe.
For our growing team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on salesperson who will sell Worldline Payment solutions to Merchants with a focus on POS and eCommerce solutions. The ideal candidate is an outstanding networker who enjoys selling every day and who thrives in a fast-paced, diverse, and entrepreneurial environment.
What you’ll do
- Identifying and approaching prospective customers
- Presenting Worldline products and services to medium-sized companies and fast-growing scale-ups
- Identifying new business opportunities in areas like Retail & Hotels, Restaurants and Coffee Bars
- Creating a network with local medium-sized companies, their key stakeholders, and key integrators
- Build a trustful relationship with your merchants; lead meetings, close deals, carry out contractual and go live work;
- Work with individuals and teams across the organization to ensure the best possible merchant experience and to develop with your colleagues professionally.
Who you are
- You are a passionate salesperson with strong commercial drive and attitude, negotiating skills, and a clear appetite for deals;
- You are a team player who enjoys working with a different team, across different offices, roles, and cultures;
- You have at least 3-5 years of experience in sales role successfully selling complex products or services. Preferably in banking, payments, telecom, FMCG, HoReCa but not a requirement
- B2 in spoken and written English
- You love to work in an international environment and have a willingness to travel

- 3-5 years experience of working in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills
