Job description:

• Formulating business and marketing strategies for various business segments), focusing on brand positioning and beyond
• Coordination with external partners, such as media, creative, digital, and PR agencies, ensuring alignment with goals and objectives
• Creation of detailed briefs and managing end-to-end execution of projects, including budget creation and over-sight
• Analyzing and understanding of market trends and consumer behaviors to tailor and implement effective marketing strategies
• Independently managing marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination across departments and external partners (quantity projection, timeline, budgeting)
• Maintaining consistent communication with global teams and counterparts in other countries, including reporting and delivering impactful presentations
• Conducting thorough analysis of sales and marketing activities to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
• Enhancing customer relationships through targeted marketing campaigns and engagement initiatives
• Streamlining and aligning processes within the marketing department to boost efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

• University degree in Marketing, Economics & Business or similar field
• Previous working experience of 3-5 years in similar positions
• Advanced English knowledge (C1 level)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
• Driver's licence B category
• Advanced organizational capabilities
• High-level of proactivity
• Team-work
