Sales Manager

Manpower Croatia for PALCONutrifit, a multinational company and exclusive distributor of global producers of raw materials for the food, feed, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical industries is looking for the ideal candidate to fill the position of Sales Manager (m/f).

Place of work: Velika Gorica

Job descriprion:

• Identifying business opportunities and building up distribution channels
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers
• Understanding client needs and providing tailor-made, quality solutions
• Management and coordination of the sales team
• Performance management
• Sales planning and budgeting
• Reporting to the Management Board
• Active cooperation with other departments
• Handling other sales and management tasks

Requirements:

• University degree
• Working experience: long-term experience in sales and management, preferably in the Life Science market
• Knowledge of team and performance management
• Team player
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Advanced level of MS Office knowledge
• Knowledge of Pantheon ERP system will be considered as an advantage
• Proficient in English (C1 level)
• Driving license: B
• Self-initiative and proactive
• Flexible and open to new challenges
