Manpower Croatia for CC Real, a leader in commercial real estate and projects management, managing City Center one shopping centers (in Zagreb and Split) and the largest shopping center in Istria, is looking for an ideal candidate to fill in the position of Financial Controller (m/f).

Job description:

• Providing planning support
• Providing support in the implementation of internal control systems as well as during the process of internal education
• Preparation of regular and ad hoc internal and external reports, identification of key trends
• Collection and analysis of data, recognition of relationships and correlations between different data sources
• Providing ad hoc advice to internal users and meeting specific requirements related to financial aspects of business
• Maintaining the main controlling data in the business system
• Testing of implemented business system improvements

Desired skills:

• At least 3 to 5 years of work experience in similar positions
• University degree, preferably focused in finance and economics or mathematics
• Advanced MS Office knowledge (especially Excel)
• Advanced ERP knowledge
• Advanced English knowledge (C1 level)
