On behalf of our client Hahn Automation, a leader in providing high-performance automation and robotics solutions, we are looking for a responsible and organised individual for the position of Assembly Manager – Voditelj montaže (m/f).
Location: Sveta Nedelja (Zagreb)
What can you expect:
- Planning, management and control of daily operational tasks in Assembly department
- Planning and organization of the assembly area
- Capacity planning in the assembly and assigning orders to existing resources
- Planning and organization of external services
- Coordination between different departments in case of technical problems in Assembly department
- Contact with the customer in production
- Coordination with project managers and assembly people managers
- Control of financial budgets related to Assembly department
- Ensure and maintain safe working conditions
- Provide support when organizing travel for assembly resources
- Employee evaluation and conducting personal interviews
- Initiate and actively participate in weekly/monthly meetings related to assembly and other departments
What skills and knowledge should you have:
- VSS/VŠS
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in similar roles
- Leadership and strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and social competence
- Self-initiative, independent work and accepting responsibility
- Excellent knowledge in spoken and written English language
