Your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Acting as a Project and Team Leader/ Team member on different assignments from valuation reports, market research reports, feasibility studies, HBU analyses, investment and development recommendations
- Managing data collection and financial model creation
- Property inspections and client meetings
- Maintaining the company's database to track transactions, trends and activities
- Working independently as well as part of the team to tight timescales
- Collaborating with different departments within the company, i.e. Capital Markets department
- Managing client relationships and networks, presenting to senior audiences, and working day-to-day with senior and mid-level clients
- Business development activities
Apply if the below characteristics meet your profile:
- 2- 4 years of relevant consulting or industry experience, either at a consulting firm, real estate valuation practice, or financial services institution
- Track record of delivering results in fast-paced, demanding environments
- University degree (Economics degree is an advantage)
- Native Croatian speaker
- Fluent English
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to prioritize workload - when it comes to multi-task and time management
- Valid driving license and willingness to drive
- "Can do" approach and willingness to learn
- Good numerical reasoning and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and good at solving problems
