Location: Lopud (island near Dubrovnik)

Job Responsibility:

• Regular reception work
• Performing daily work tasks (check-in / check-out of guests, control and payment of bills, providing information, and taking care of meeting guest requests)
• Carry out work related to money exchange
• Enter and update guest information in the system
• Active cooperation with other sectors - sales, household, f&b, administration
• Receiving praise and the complaint and professionally resolving them
• All other tasks according to the instructions of the reception manager

 Requirements and qualifications:

• Mandatory use of English - knowledge of other languages is an advantage
• Requires a minimum of three years of experience in the same jobs
• Knowledge of the Opera program is desirable
• Openness, responsibility, teamwork
• Focus on providing exceptional guest service
• Enthusiasm and a high degree of motivation to work
