Position: Assistant (m/f)

Place of work: Zagreb

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good knowledge and understanding of English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office package
• Be able to work shifts 12:00-20:00
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

DUTIES:

• Providing general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.
• Simple translations as well as other administrative tasks by order of head office
• Draft, type and proofread correspondence, produce creative presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed
• Organization of business events and business meetings
• Other administrative tasks by order of office manager
