Position: Front Desk Coordinator (m/f)

Place of work: Zagreb

 REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possess a high sense of responsibility, reliability, and involvement
  • Good organization, planning, and work management skills while being flexible to new ways of working
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • High level of adjustment to various situations and learning fast to improve work
  • Good knowledge and understanding of English
  • Availability to work hard within a team setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office package
  • Three years of previous experience in similar positions

DUTIES:

  • Receive and quickly process inbound telephone communication
  • Greet visitors and point them in the right direction, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming environment
  • Prioritize critical and urgent tasks in a logical and efficient manner
  • Organizing business events and business meetings
  • Maintain files, records, mailings, and reports as directed.
  • Types of correspondences and other materials
  • Simple translations as well as other administrative tasks by order of head office
